The company's strategic development is the responsibility of its partners, Penta's sole shareholders, who actively participate in individual investment projects and represent the goals and values of the company.
Iain Child Jozef Oravkin Marek Dospiva Eduard Maták Iain is Managing Partner responsible for Buy Out division. Apart from overseeing Penta´s investment strategy, he particularly manages business development in Prima banka and in the Fortuna Entertainment Group. Jozef is responsible for Real Estate projects in Slovakia. He also manages Privatbanka and Slovalco investments. Marek is Managing Partner for Penta Real Estate. He is also responsible for supporting all Penta´s investments in the Czech Republic. Eduard is responsible for Penta´s investment strategy in healthcare sector, which is mostly represented by Penta Hospitals International and Dôvera Health Insurance Company.
